Apparently, most of the business today such as small companies are still using the traditional way of managing their services. They are still on the process of using the manual way of implementing a transaction of their sale service. For example, a restaurant. A customer comes in and order a various kind of menu with different quantities, some are bundle, some are solo, and some are discounted. In this situation, there are so many disadvantages. The time it takes for the cashier to list down the orders one by one, mistake in listing down the prices, mistake on calculating discounts, mistake on listing the quantities, or even mistake on listing the orders. What more if there are a line-up of customer and all those customers have various kind of orders too? Those are the reasons why some companies don’t grow because they don’t spend their assets to innovate their business model to the new generation.
